Tommy Nicely

Tommy Nicely is a tremendously talented artist. Thankfully for us, he had the great fortune of discovering his passion just blocks away from ALL RISE 20 years ago. Ultimately brewing became a portal to channel his unique gift. From that platform he launched into his 10,000 hours of experience to become the outlier he is today. He left his mark along the journey at such highly revered breweries as Goose Island, Half-Acre, Harpoon and Lagunitas to name a few. All the while his ambition was to find a circumstance that would enable him the freedom to challenge himself and explore his brewing curiosities, pushing him to the furthest depths of his abilities. This situation would ultimately fulfill Tommy’s innate desire to make innumerable people happy by sharing his creations. All Rise Brewing represents this brewing playground he’d dreamt of for years. With Brewer William Kitrell (THE REV) passing away during this project, it only seemed right that his best friend step in and carryout what they had spoken of for so many years… We can’t wait for you to experience what he’s done here.

With 9 years of dedication and hard work in the kitchen at Cobra Lounge and All Rise Brewing Co., chef Jason Gilmore’s aim is simple; to provide incredible, locally sourced food at a reasonable price, while maintaining green and sustainable operating practices. He strives to bring you a farm-to-table product from like-minded suppliers who prioritize sustainability as much as we do. Jason’s culinary savvy and our fresh produce and top quality meats, complimented by in-house, hand crafted sauces and dressings, it’s easy to see why we stand behind this unique menu.
